The first Mobile phone/tablet (any Gadget)  with IGZO display - Sharp Aquos Phone Zeta SH-02E  announced by NTT DoCoMo.

LG launches quad-core Optimus G

LG has publicly announced a new flagship Optimus G.
The LG Optimus G has a 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, LTE networking, a 4.7-inch 1280x768 (320ppi) display and 2GB of RAM.
